President Akufo-Addo presents vehicles to Ghana Armed Forces

President Akufo-Addo has presented 84 assorted vehicles to the Ghana Armed forces.

The vehicles include 33 armoured Personal carriage, 41 assorted Toyota vehicles and five utility vehicles among others.

President Akufo-Addo who made the presentation at a colourful ceremony at Burma camp, assured the Military of more resources to defend the nation at all times.

It was a delight to see the Ghana Armed forces perform to entertain their Commander in Chief.

The presentation of the vehicles is in fulfilment of a pledge the President made to the Ghana Armed forces at this year’s WASSA. This adds to the 138 operational and staff vehicles supplied early this year.

President Akufo-Addo urged them to take proper care of the vehicles.

He tasked them to collaborate with Security agencies to help maintain a resolute and robust front that will deter potential aggressors from having thoughts of destabilising the country.
