Telecommunications company MTN Ghana has apologised to subscribers in Ghana for challenges in data services and international outbound calls experienced on Thursday.
Some subscribers took on to social media with the complaint of the inability to access data services and the challenges with making international outbound calls.
Meanwhile, MTN explained that the challenges was due to International undersea fiber cable cut.
In a statement issued by the Corporate Communication of MTN, the company assured customers it is in the process to resolve the challenge.
