Three traditional fetish priests namely: Torgbui Agagli, Torgbui Nuwordu and Torgbui Humali who are the priests of Torgbui Adzimah and Mama Vena in the Klikor Traditional Council in the Ketu South of Volta Region have performed a sacrifice to drive away the Coronavirus pandemic in Ghana and Worldwide.
According to them, they consulted their spiritual gods about what is happening in Ghana and worldwide about the spread of COVID-19, and their gods responded to intercede to discontinue the spread of the virus.
They further stated that, the ritual performed is what the gods requested to fight out COVID-19 disease on behalf of Ghanaians and the world.
The priests assured Ghanaians to remain calm since the spread of COVID-19 will be over within the shortest possible period in Ghana and all those who have tested positive will also recover.
Edzorna Francis Mensah in a telephone interview with the Priest of Klikor, Torgbui Nuwordu mentioned that, “we’ve waged war against this virus and in no time, this thing will be over”.
“We’ve started some sacrifices in line with the god’s revelation and at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020, more sacrifices will be carried out,” he disclosed.
