Ghanaians urged to prioritise growing of trees

The need to keep a green and clean environment is the highlight of this year’s Garden and Flower fair.
To this end, Ghanaians have been advised to prioritise the growing of trees, especially flowers in order to enjoy a healthy and serene environment.
These were the sentiments expressed by the Chief Executive of Stratcomm Africa, Esther Cobbah at the end of the fair in Accra.
The emphasis of green environment took prominence by speakers at this year’s 2018 Edition of the Ghana Garden and Flower Show.
The Chief Executive of Stratcomm Ghana, Esther Cobbah had this to say on the importance of green environment.
The Accra Metropolitan Assembly, the Columbian Embassy in Ghana and the public highly patronised the fair which saw the display of the  species of flowers.
The theme for this year’s edition was “Enhancing Ghana, a garden at a time.’
