The National Democratic Party (NDP) says it places emphasis on good leadership and not promises of free social interventions.
General Secretary of the party, Mohamed Frimpong says a future NDP government will roll out building blocks of governance from bottom up.
He said when local leadership is strengthened, the country will be well managed.
Speaking to GBC’s Augustus Acquaye, Mr. Frimpong said continuous human empowerment and total decentralisation is the bedrock of the NDP and is well captured in its manifesto which is yet to be launched.
