President Akufo-Addo has urged all eligible voters to come out in their numbers and exercise their franchise in today’s general election.
Ghana is heading to the polls for the 8th time since the return to constitutional rule in 1992.
Addressing the Nation last night ahead of the elections, President Akufo-Addo said measures have been put in place to ensure a successful election.
He said with the assurance from the security agencies, no voter will be intimidated. He however warned that improper behaviour by any citizen will not be tolerated
President Akufo-Addo was optimistic that elections will be peaceful.
He said Ghana will continue to be the envy of the world in terms of electoral successes.
