The Supreme Court will resume sitting today (January 26, 2021) for hearing of election petition filed by National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, challenging the results declared by the Electoral Commission (EC) in the December 7 elections.
Mr Mahama yesterday (January 25) filed another application for a review on the Supreme Court’s ruling on his interrogatories for the Electoral Commission, replacing portions of his original statement of case.
The application comes after the Supreme Court denied lawyers for Mr Mahama an earlier application to get the EC chairperson answer some 12 questions.
