Owners of the Sokode Biscuit Factory have appealed to the government for financial support to bring the business back to life.
The one-time vibrant bakery in the country is now defunct.
Located at Sokode Gbogame, near Ho, the Volta Regional capital, the factory folded up due to influx of different brands of foreign biscuits onto the Ghanaian market.
The owners are, however, confident that the factory can bounce back with capital injection and other supports under the One District, One Factory programme.
