The Immediate Past Parish Priest of Christ the King Catholic Church in Accra, Reverend Father Andrew Campbell has called on Ghanaians to show love and care to the sick.
He asked relatives of lepers not to neglect them after they have been admitted to the Leprosarium.
He said leprosy is an age-long disease which is now curable and therefore victims ought to be accepted and not deserted by society.
Rev. Father Campbell said this when the Catholic Relief Services, CRS, made a donation to cured lepers at the Weija Leprosarium in Accra.
