Tuesday, July 6, 2021, marks the Seventh Anniversary of the alleged drowning of popular Ghanaian Hiplife Singer and Songwriter, Castro, known in private life as TheophilusTagoe.
Castro got missing with Janet Bandu on July 6, 2014, at the Ada Estuary during a holiday.
The two are legally dead on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, in accordance with the Evidence Act of 1975, Section 33, which states that a person can only be declared legally dead after seven years by a court, where the person in question has not been seen or heard from in seven years despite diligent and persistent efforts to find him.
However, some Ghanaians especially fans of Castro are of the conviction that he is alive and will soon bounce back to life. Others believe since his body has not been recovered, he is enjoying life in a hide out for fear of being imprisoned for the murder of his partner, Janet Bandu.
