To start with, can we (Ghanaians) trust this office again? Taking a critical look at this question reminds me back on the issues that were out to the public domain pertaining the resignation of the office of the special prosicutor Mr. Martin Amidu. Though the president has the constitutional mandate to appoint the special prosicutor but in our precious experience the president was not behaving as stated on paper, He was even intimating and making the office the prosicutor not acting independently. Now the same person has appointed a new special prosicutor again Ooo No. I can conclude that he is now appointing someone he can have absolute control over. Our constitution should relook at the powers of the president ahh .
