GTV Sports+ the only sports channel in Ghana, will broadcast the maiden edition of the the Confederation of Africa Football’s Women’s Champions League.
The tournament kicks off Friday, 5th November in Egypt. Eight teams from six (6) CAF regions have been grouped in two (2) groups of four (4) namely:
WAFU A: AS Mande (Mali)
WAFU B: Hasaacas Ladies (Ghana)
Rivers Angel (Nigeria)
COSAFA: Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa)
CECAFA: Vihiga Queens FC (Kenya)
UNAF: ASFAR FC (Morocco)
Wadi Degla FC (Egypt)
UNIFFAC: Malabo Kings FC (Equatorial Guinea)
Hasaacas Ladies were drawn in A alongside Wadi Degla FC, AS Mande and Malabo Kings FC.
Rivers Angel, Mamelodi Sundowns, Vihiga Queens FC and ASFAR FC make up Group B.
Two games will be shown on Friday 5th November.
Wadi Degla FC vs AS Mande at 2pm
Malabo Kings vs Hasaacas Ladies 5pm.
