The Economic Fighters League, EFL has expressed worry about the recent stance taken on issues by the “Fix the Country Movement”.
The Convener of EFL, Ernesto Yeboah addressing journalists in Accra, said the ”Fix the Country Movement” which started as an online hashtag is gradually losing its credibility as the voice of the Ghanaian people.
He said the country’s platform is being controlled by some political forces due to the selfish interest of some of its members.
”EFL will continue to safeguard the Movement, because it belongs to the people of Ghana”, he noted.
Mr. Yeboah said the EFL’s interest is in the message the Movement carries, not the movement itself.
