Ghana’s 1st Female Ambassador to Japan, Genevieve Edna Apaloo receives Letters of Credence

Genevieve Edna Akpaloo who has been accredited to represent Ghana in Japan has received her Letters of Credence from President Akufo-Addo.

The Career Diplomat, who before her appointment was in Washington, USA, has also served in Paris, Togo, Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea.

The President who swore in Mrs Akaploo, charged her to bring the much-needed investment into Ghana to accelerate the growth of the economy.

The President was confident Mrs Akpaloo with her years of experience will promote goodwill between Ghana and Japan.

Mrs. Akpaloo thanked the President and promised to keep Ghana on the pedestal and promote relations between both Ghana and Japan.
