The wait is finally over for fans of the Ghanaian reggae and dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy, as he drops his fifth studio album, ‘5th Dimension’.
The highly anticipated album has been released today, April 28, 2023 and fans all over the world are buzzing with excitement.
The new album, ‘5th Dimension’ is a 17-track album that features Stonebwoy’s signature sound – a fusion of reggae, dancehall, and Afrobeats.
With collaborations from some of the biggest names in the industry, including British rapper Stormzy, Grammy award winner and African singer Angelique Kidjo, Nigerian Afrobeats singer Davido, South African DJ Maphorisa, and Jamaican reggae rapper Shaggy, among others.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Stonebwoy talked about the inspiration behind the album, saying “I wanted to create something that would uplift people and inspire them to keep pushing, no matter what challenges they may face. This album is about tapping into that fifth dimension of consciousness, where we can transcend our earthly troubles and connect with something greater.”
