Public transport users will enjoy a 10 percent reduction in fares effective Tomorrow, May 17. This follows continuous reduction in prices of petroleum products in recent weeks.

A statement jointly signed by the General Secretary of the Ghana Road Transport Coordinating Council, Emmanuel Ohene Yeboah, and Godfred Abulbire, General Secretary of the Ghana Private Road Transport Union, GPRTU, said the decision is in line with Administrative Arrangement on Public Transport Fares, to accommodate the reduction in prices of petroleum products observed over the period.
