The newly elected Parliamentary Candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ho Central Constituency, Mr. Edem Kpotosu, has presented packs of bottled and sachet water to teams from the constituency participating in the ongoing Adonai Estates Volta Division Two Middle League.
The teams are Home Stars FC and Dynamo FC.
Mr. Kpotosu and some Ho Central Constituency executives presented the items to the teams at the Regional FA Secretariat in Ho.
He is confident the items will boost the confidence of the teams in the competition.
“We are here to encourage you, Dynamo FC and Home Stars FC to do your best with these few items in the ongoing competition.”
“We feel obliged to help and it is our prayer that one of you will qualify for the first division. Let’s host and win it. Mr. Kpotosu said.
Eight teams from the Central, Northern, Southern A, and B Zones sealed qualification to participate in the Middle League in Ho.
The teams are Burning Stars FC, iLead SC, Bebeto FC, and Home Stars FC.
Others include Inter Allies FC, Dynamo FC, Yadzo Oti Warriors, and Kopeyia United.
This is the last hurdle after going through the preliminary rounds and Sub-Middle League since March this year.
A winner would represent the region in the upcoming season in Zone 3 of the National Division One League.
The Middle League commenced on Saturday, June 17, with the Grand Finale to be held on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at the Ho Sports Stadium.
