Former President John Dramani Mahama has met with former appointees of his government in Accra.

The meeting on Wednesday was as part of his stakeholder engagements for the upcoming flagbearership elections of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Mr Mahama, who expressed appreciation for the donations and support that his campaign has received from ordinary people, indicated that he will present his nomination forms to the party on Monday, December 17.

He said, “Today, Ghanaians are united in their call to the NDC, to come back and redeem them from the unprecedented hardship that they are going through,” adding that, “It is clear now to most people and to most Ghanaians that the NPP acquired power through subterfuge and propaganda.”

He also spoke on a wide range of topical issues, including the misgovernance and deception by the New Patriotic Party as well as the latest attempt by the government to introduce drone technology in the health delivery system.

On Tuesday, Former President John Mahama was in Parliament to campaign ahead of the flagbearership race of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

He was in the House to engage the Minority MPs.
