The New Patriotic Party (NPP), says it is ready to conduct the Super Delegates Conference on Saturday, August 26, 2023.
Director of Communications of the Party, Richard Ahiagbah, said polls will open by 9 a.m. and results are expected to trickle in by 1 p.m.
Mr. Ahiagbah added that security will be stepped up at the two polling stations at the Party Headquarters at Asylum Down and the Accra International Conference Centre at Osu to ensure a smooth process.
Regarding fears by some contestants and delegates that the process might be influenced to favour a particular candidate, Mr. Ahiagbah assured all of a transparent process.
