The Spokesperson for Kennedy Agyapong’s Campaign, Kweku Amoh Darteh, has again clarified that the statement made by the Presidential Candidate about a “showdown” is not a threat, but rather an indication of his preparedness for the election contest on November 4, 2023.
According to Mr. Darteh, Mr Agyapong was referring to putting up a ”fierce and competitive opposition, and not any act of violence”.
Mr. Darteh spoke on GBC’s Current Affairs NewsPaper Show, ‘The Headlines”, on September 15, 2023.
He described the Presidential Hopeful as a man with vision for ”transformation, which includes creating jobs and transforming the economy of Ghana through technology, agro processing, engineering and tourism development”.
The Spokesperson explained that Kennedy Agyapong supports import substitution industries in Ghana, which emphasizes reducing imports and increasing exports.
Mr. Darteh also highlighted Mr. Agyapong’s notable accomplishments, such as building a Cardio Thoracic Dialysis Center and Sponsoring Doctors for professional Training in India.
He encouraged Ghanaians to seek out leaders who possess the necessary qualities to lead and to support Ken Agyapong’s vision of setting the agenda and bringing together capable individuals to achieve his goals.
