The Ghana Journalists Association has held its 27th GJA awards ceremony for this year under the theme “Leveraging media freedom to sustain the democratic and security architecture! The litmus test of election 2024.”
In celebration of journalistic excellence, the association has awarded some journalists for their outstanding work in various fields of journalism across media platforms.
Here is the list of awardees for the night:
PAV Ansah award for the journalist of the year: Erastus Asare Donkor Multimedia Group Limited
Collincia Affah, UCC: Best student journalist
Female journalist of the year: Francisca Enchill, Joynews
Komla Dumor Most promising journalist of the year: Neta Kris Abiana Parsram (Multimedia)
