The Black Queens of Ghana are expected to open camp on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, as they prepare for their match against Namibia in the next round of the 2024 Women’s African Cup of Nations qualifiers after sealing a 12-0 win against Rwanda in the previous round.

Nora Huptle’s side will host their opponent (Namibia) in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium on December 1, 2023, before traveling to Windhoek for the second leg four days later (December 5, 2023).

Ampem Darkoa Ladies’ Comfort Yeboah, Stella Nyamekye, Alice Kusi, and Grace Asantewaa are already present in the camp. Portia Boaky and Doris Boaduwaa are among the other players who have joined too.

The winner will book a ticket to next year’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, and Nora Huptle and her indefatigable ladies are hell-bent on making history.
