Popular South African Socialite and Political Activist, Julius Malema says he will visit Ghana to engage with the youth who are politically active and seeking economic freedom.
The Political Activist will be visiting the country for the second time within the last 30 days. His last visit was to be a keynote speaker at the New Africa Foundation Public Lecture, which was cancelled due to permit revocation.
In a video sighted on his official social media page, Mr. Malema announced a visit to Ghana on January 23 to engage the youth. The visit is by courtesy of Arise Ghana, organisers of the Julorbi protest and fix the country protest, a social involvement peaceful demonstration.
“I will be visiting Ghana, the home of the African democracy on Tuesday, 23rd January 2024, for a day of dialogue with Arise Ghana, a bi-partisan Civil Social Organisation made up of young Ghanaians, Political Activists, who strongly believe in economic freedom in our lifetime,” he announced.
The engagement between Julius Malema and the Ghanaian youth will take place at the College of Surgeons and Physician in Accra at 2 p.m.
