Mahama begins “Building the Ghana We Want” tour in Accra

The Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama, has embarked on his “Building the Ghana We Want” tour in the Greater Accra Region from Monday, March 11 to 12.

The two-day tour, which is being organised by the Regional Executive Committee of the NDC in collaboration with the National Headquarters of the party, will witness the congregation of hundreds of Party supporters, Greater Accra Regional Executives, MPs from the region, and stakeholders at the Forest Hotel, Dodowa, to welcome him to the region.

The team will drive JM and his people through the Dodowa Market, pay a courtesy call on the Greater Accra House of Chiefs, and address a mini-Durbar of Chiefs at the Regional House of Chiefs Durbar Ground.

There will be a meeting with the leadership of Abossey Okai Spare Parts Traders and a Durbar of Traders at Abossey Okai Ablekuma Central to finish the day.

Day Two will be meeting with Christian Religious Leaders in Greater Accra at the Auditorium of Tema Comm. 4 Assemblies of God Church, stakeholders’ engagement with industry players in the Port and Maritime Sectors at GIFF Hall, and finish the morning tour by interacting with artisans and informal workers at Africa Advance Park, Ashaiman.

In the afternoon, JM will join Campus Connect at the Accra College of Education Auditorium in the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency.
