The former Afigya Kwabre South Constituency Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, known as COKA has called on party members in Ejisu to remain vigilant as Lawyer Kwabena Boateng competes in the upcoming by-election.

Addressing supporters after a unity walk in Ejisu, Chairman Kwaku Appiah stressed the importance of unity and active campaigning to secure a decisive win for their candidate. He urged members to focus on door-to-door campaigns to effectively convey the party’s message to every voter in the area.

“With the by-election coming up on Tuesday, it’s crucial that we work together and campaign relentlessly to ensure Lawyer Boateng’s victory,” he stated.

The chairman underscored the significance of the by-election in the context of parliamentary proceedings, calling on all NPP members to unite their efforts and resources to ensure the party’s success.

The by-election was called due to the sudden passing of John Kumah, the NPP Member of Parliament for Ejisu, who also held the position of Deputy Finance Minister.
