The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ho Coat United FC, Mr. Victor Dzadey Johnson, has expressed his immense pride and joy after the team’s remarkable achievement in the just-ended Ho Municipal U-17 League.
Ho Coat United FC emerged champions in their maiden edition, a feat that Mr. Dzadey described as a significant record and accomplishment for the team’s hard work and dedication.
“I’m over the moon and incredibly proud of my team’s hard work and dedication. It’s an amazing feeling to be champions,” Mr. Dzadey said.
Despite facing stiff competition from teams like Dynamo Football Academy, and Asogli FC, Ho Coat United FC demonstrated great talent and commitment. The team finished the league with an impressive 18 points and a solitary draw, with 18 goals scored.
This achievement is a testament to the players’ hard work, dedication, and coaching strategy throughout the league. When asked about the expectations for the coming season, Mr. Dzadey said the team would stick to consistency.
“Consistency, the team would like to focus on maintaining a consistent level of performance in the coming season to win it again,” he said.
“We aim to develop new skills and strategies, try new approaches, and refine the team gameplay,” he added.
On leadership, Mr. Dzadey said, “the team will now look to the young talented experienced players to take on leadership roles and guide the team to continued success since the elderly ones will be moving to the next level of the competition.”
Fans and supporters of Ho Coat United FC are elated about the team’s victory, and Captain, Gafo Bismark noted that the title win will boost the team’s morale and motivation to continue striving for wins in future competitions.
Ho Coat United FC was formed in 2023 and is aimed at empowering young talents and helping them to refine and unleash their footballing dreams.
The team is based in Adaklu, Dave, near Ho. The club is set to be launched on August 3rd and 4th, 2024, following its remarkable achievements.
