Songwriter and musician Esther Aseidu, popularly known as Piesie Esther, has shared the driving force behind her music.
In an interview with an Accra-based media station, Piesie Esther discussed her newly released song “Turn Over”and upcoming flora made by grace concert,she explained that her music, which centers around themes of transformation from hardship to success (“destiny changing”), aims to empower and strengthen individuals.
“My songs encourage people to persevere through life’s struggles, assuring them that success awaits at the end,” she stated.
Piesie Esther revealed the inspiration behind her song, stating that it’s centered around the transformative power of life’s journey.
“My song is about the unpredictability of life,” she explained. “It’s about how someone can be a security guard one day and, surprisingly, become a pilot or achieve greatness the next. It’s a reminder that life can change dramatically, and anyone’s circumstances can turn around for the better.”
Additionally, she shares words of encouragement, reflecting her music’s theme of hope and resilience. She inspires others to see her as a testament to transformation.
“I always want people to see me as an example in their lives. Whatever they’re going through now will definitely change; it won’t remain like this forever,” she added.
