Former President John Dramani Mahama has donated a 7-seater vehicle to the Islamic Education Unit (IEU) of the Ghana Education Service (GES) at a brief ceremony in Tamale, during his five-day campaign tour of the Northern Region.

The General Manager of the IEU, Mr. Abdul Karim Bapuni, accepted the vehicle on behalf of the organization, expressing gratitude for the support aimed at enhancing their operations.

In addition, Mr. Mahama has presented a vehicle to the Zakat and Sadaqa Trust Fund of Ghana. This donation took place at the National Muslim Conference in Accra on Sunday, reinforcing his commitment to supporting initiatives that aid the Muslim community.

At the same event, Mr. Mahama also presented motorbikes to five Hausa-language radio stations in Accra, intended to assist with their outreach and day-to-day activities.

These contributions reflect Mahama’s ongoing support for community development and engagement within various sectors.
