Presidential Candidate of the NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, says Ghana cannot be entrusted into the hands of former President John Mahama as he has nothing to offer the country.

Addressing voters in the Manhyia South, Asawase and Subin constituencies to end his tour in the Ashanti Region, the NPP 2024 flagbearer said Mr. Mahama struggled to provide chalk which was a basic need for schools, during his presidency, therefore a man with such a record cannot be trusted to lead the country to her next phase of development.

The Possibility Campaign team of the NPP ended its tour in the Ashanti in the Ashanti Region, storming Nhyiaeso, Subin, Asawase and Manhyia South Constituencies.

The team has been in the region over the past three weeks canvassing for votes barely 18 days to the general elections.

Dr. Bawumia and his team spent time with the stakeholders selling his policies of cheaper electricity, Mechanised Agriculture, establishing Districts Mechanisation Centres, District Irrigation Systems and the introduction of Tax Reforms. Manhyia South Constituency was the last constituency for the flagbearer.

He first met with the stakeholders in the constituency to share ideas with them. Dr Bawumia told the gathering that he is a better candidate as compared to his main competitor adding that he has a proven record of initiating policies that will bring relief to Ghanaians.

Dr Bawumia promised to build the Krofuom market.

Addressing party supporters at a community connect at Manhyia South, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate, Baffour Awuah promised to deliver 90 percent of the votes to the NPP to show appreciation to the government for the developmental projects in the constituency.

Dr. Bawumia promised to train 5-thousand youth in digital skills to make them gainfully employed. He therefore rallied the support of the electorate to come out in their numbers and vote number 1 on December 7, 2024.
