A cultural group called Terabuuriyele Organization, says they are confident in President John Dramani Maham’s ability to deliver all his electioneering campaign promises.

The group in a letter signed by its National Chairman, Mr. Simon Apenure Ayariga, extending their warmest congratulations to President Mahama on his remarkable victory in the general elections held on December 7, 2024, noted that President Mahama’s achievement represents a significant milestone in Ghana’s democratic journey. Adding that leadership and members of the group are confident in the positive impact his leadership will bring to the nation.

The group used the opportunity to also commend the Former Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, and the 2024 Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia for his graciously and timely concession of defeat, which they say played a vital role in preserving the peace and stability of the country.

“On behalf of the Terabuuriyele Organization, we extend our heartfelt commendation for your gracious and timely concession, which has played a vital role in preserving the peace and stability that Ghanaians have cherished for generations.

Your exemplary display of leadership and selflessness during this critical moment is truly admirable and worthy of high regard.

Particularly in light of the potential for chaos or unrest during moments of political transition, your actions have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to democracy and the well-being of the people of Ghana.

By prioritizing the interests of the nation over personal ambition, you have exemplified extraordinary dedication to Ghana’s unity and progress.

Your concession speech stands as a testament to your statesmanship and deep love for our country. Indeed, you have rendered a yeoman’s service to Ghana,” portions of the statement read.
