Sarkodie has come under criticism for not helping project musicians he has signed onto his SarkCess Music record label.
One of such artistes is Osei Kwaku Vincent, known in showbiz as Strongman, whose growth in the music industry has been described as “stunted” by some entertainment critics.
For those who think there is a deliberate attempt by Sarkodie not to promote Strongman at his expense, the talented young musician has a differing opinion.
According to Strongman, it is a privilege to work with Sarkodie and that he appreciates the level the SarkCess boss has placed him in his career.
“I have not been limited by Sarkodie as rumours have it. It’s even a big opportunity for me to be working with him under his record label ‘Sarkcess Music’.
I’ve been able to build more on my rap skills.
I’ve been able to perform in and out of the country,” he said on Accra FM.
Strongman is noted as one if the finest rappers in the country.
He was discovered ‘Next Big Thing in GH Hip-Hop’ where he emerged winner.
He was signed onto Sarkodie’s SarkCess Music record label in 2017.
The University of Cape Coast graduate has songs like ‘Transformer,’ ‘Baby Girl,’ ‘Me Ne Woaa’, ‘Odasani’, among others.
In December 2018, he released his EP titled ‘STN.’
