What an electrifying journey it has been at the Third Edition of the Founders BootCamp Stage 2 Pitching Competition, held at the Kofi Annan Centre, University of Ghana, Legon (March 13–14, 2025) was not just a workshop—it was a revolution in youth innovation, entrepreneurial empowerment, and nation-building!

Success Stories That Inspire
Remember Sunify Solardry Technology? Our past BootCamp winner who pitched in Berlin, now flying high with a $30,000 seed investment. The impact is real — and growing
And let’s not forget last year’s shining star, the founder of Firefly IO, who shared his incredible success story after his big win. Through consistent mentorship and coaching support from RWTH Aachen University, Firefly IO is now a thriving tech firm on the Ghanaian market! Launched in September 2020, Firefly IO addresses the high cost of STEM kits and the challenge of overly theoretical teaching in schools by developing locally assembled STEM kits and providing hands-on training sessions. They are also the proud main organizers of the Ghana Robotics Competition.
Impact: Over 300+ students trained, 80+ schools engaged, and 70+ kits sold!
Traction: Firefly IO has an impressive track record with the Pan-African Robotics Competition and the First Lego League.
Long-term Growth Support
To further amplify impact, the first three winners of this year’s competition will continue receiving expert coaching and mentorship from RWTH Aachen University. In addition, they will be integrated into RWTH Aachen University’s international innovation programs to help scale their business solutions and global exposure.
