Educational system needs strong curriculum- Parliament

The Chairman of the Educational Committee of Parliament, Hon. Stevens Siakar, says the Ghana Educational system needs a strong and solid education curriculum.

Speaking on GBC’s Uniiq FM’s Current Affairs Program ‘Focus’, Hon. Siakar noted that there is the need to bury all political differences in other to promote education in Ghana.

A Ranking Member of Education Committee in Parliament, Hon. Peter Nortsu-Kotoe noted that the educational curriculum must be revealed from time to time to suit the economic, political and social needs of the country at a particular time.

According to an Educationist, Rev. Dr. Daniel Bruce there is the need to guide students as to how they can apply their knowledge. “The educational curriculum should be creative oriented,” he added.
