Lady Gaga ‘has split from fiancé Christian Carino’, just months after confirming their engagement.

The Shallow singer sparked speculation they had called time on their relationship last weekend, as she appeared solo on the red carpet at the Grammys, without her huge, $400,000 (£304k) engagement ring.

She also appeared to snub the talent agent, 50, on Valentine’s Day, instead deciding to show off her new tattoo on her Instagram page.

And the 32-year-old’s rep has reportedly confirmed the break-up to People magazine. ‘It just didn’t work out.

Relationships sometimes end. There’s no long dramatic story,’ they said. Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, has been dating Christian since 2017, when the pair were spotted getting all kinds of cosy at a Kings Of Leon concert.

However, the pair remained very private about their romance, keeping much of it behind closed doors.

But the A Star Is Born actress sent fans into meltdown at the end of last year when she dropped her engagement on us all, during a speech at Elle’s 25th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration.

While she didn’t come right out and reveal how he got down on one knee, she kept referring to him as her ‘fiance’ during the bash, and flashing her pink sapphire ring.

And an insider revealed she was ‘over the moon’ about the idea of spending the rest of her life with the talent agent.

‘Gaga is so over the moon at the moment,’ a source revealed. ‘She is constantly telling those close to her how grateful she is to be at this point in her life and work with such incredible artists and be with the man she loves so dearly.

‘Gaga is incredibly elated about her engagement.’

“This relationship is different because Christian understands her on a more intimate level. She trusts him fully and feels totally secure around him.

‘They don’t get a lot of private time, but when they do, they love to have private getaways in fancy hotels.’
