The Commission of Inquiry into the Ayawaso-West Wuogon by-election violence yesterday moved to the 37 military hospital to allow the last witness, Ishawu Yaro to give his testimony.
Mr Yaro who was shot on the right leg was wheeled to the conference room and had his leg strapped to the wheel chair and raised.
As he recounted what happened on the day of the by-election, Mr. Yaro broke down in tears and the process was halted for some minutes.
He appealed to the Emile Short Commission to ensure that justice is served on those who shot him.
Chairman of the Commission, Emile Short said the Commission will do everything possible to ensure that justice is served and perpetrators brought to book.
