It is possible to tell where a person comes from by the way he is dressed. Clothes, they say, make the man and it also tells a lot about one’s status in society. In the following report, GBC’s Abdul Hayi Moomen takes us to the palace of the chief of Datalung in Dagbon where the chief and his elders explain the roles of those who sit in state with a chief from the Dagbon traditional area, as well as the meaning attached to the way they dress.
