President Akufo-Addo today (May 1), outdoored a Charter and Strategy document in achieving the Ghana Beyond Aid Agenda.
He said the document will form the basis for a pragmatic step in making Ghana economically robust through the Agenda.
The President outdoored the document at the 2019 May Day Celebration at the Black Star Square in Accra.
He commended the Committee members who made the document a possibility and called on members of the labour front to be stakeholders in making the Agenda a reality.
The President also promised the setting up of a Social Partnership Council which will deepen the cooperation between the Development Partners and Government on one hand and the youth on the other to boost economic development.
“I am very confident that this new approach to economic management and public policy-making will foster even greater cooperation and trust among our Partners. Together, we can achieve a more stable economy, peace at the labour front and prosperity for the good people of Ghana,” President Akufo-Addo added.
