President Akufo-Addo, will today (May 14) begin a six-day working visit to the newly created Oti, North East and Savanna Regions. He will begin at Jasikan in the Oti region.
This, is the second phase of the President’s working visit to the newly created regions, which last month saw him visit the Ahafo, Western North and Bono East Regions.
The President will cut the sod for the construction of the Jasikan-Dodi Pepesu road captured under the Sinohydro projects, after a durbar with the Chiefs and people of Kadjebi, and Biakoye at Jasikan in the Buem constituency.
At Kpassa, the President will be expected to cut the sod for the construction of the Kpassa-Mama Akura road in the Nkwanta South constituency, as well as interact with tutors and students of Nkwanta SHS, where he will also cut the sod for the construction of a classroom and dormitory blocks.
The President will end the tour on Sunday, May 19th.
