The Corporate Affairs Manager of Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII), Michael Boadi has asked Ghanaians to give the Special Prosecutor time and space to do his work effectively without interference.
Speaking on current affairs programme ‘Focus’ on Uniiq FM, Mr Boadi said there will be no lessons learnt if the Special Prosecutor, Martin Amidu, does not take his time to investigate and prosecute cases of alleged corruption.
He urged the public to be patient with the Special Prosecutor as he continues to discharge his duty.
For his part, a government spokesperson, Richard Agbevor appealed to the Office of the Special Prosecutor to educate the public on its work.
