With the competing countries paired in 6 pools of 3 countries, the top teams are and the best 2 second placed teams advance to the group phase.
The West African side are hunting for their first competition medal after losing out in the Karate Kata and the Freestyle Football.
Beach Volleyball is tipped by the connoisseurs of the game to end Ghana’s medal drought following their pedigree and recent performances at the West African sub region.
Meanwhile, three aside basketball team had a final preparation today with the anticipation of giving the campaign a flying start.
Ghana is involved in four disciplines by the help of Ashfoam Ghana Limited, Republic Bank, Toyota Ghana and Allied Oil.
