Authorities of the OLA Girls Senior High School in Ho have set up a committee to investigate students who were caught on camera drinking an alcoholic beverage.
The Headmistress, Regina Coffie described the incident as unfortunate saying the culprits would be punished.
In the video that went viral on social media, some students in uniform were seen mixing the alcoholic beverage with soft drinks, making merry and saying “it is a cure for stomach ulcer.
The Headmistress said the committee is tasked to identify the girls in the video for appropriate sanctions.
Madam Coffie suspects the students could be those who finished writing their final WASSCE about three weeks ago.
She called on parents to help sustain discipline in the school by not threatening staff when their wards are punished for breaking its rules.
