The West African Examinations Council, WAEC, has cautioned the public to disregard statements going round suggesting that the Council has released results of the 2019 West Africa Senior High School Certificate Examination, WASSCE.
Speaking to GBC’s Radio Ghana, the Head of Public Affairs at WAEC, Agnes Teye Cudjoe, said the statement which is purported to be on the letter head of the Council is fake and the handiwork of fraudsters.
She said the Council is still working on the results and hopefully will release them by the end of the month.
