The Ministry of Education has denied the existence of a Ghana Education Service (GES) and Ministry of Education approved document on Comprehensive Sexual Education.

The Comprehensive Sexuality Education document that is to be used for children at age four contains detailed education on reproductive health.

It has received widespread criticisms and backlash with some religious heads describing it as satanic.

Speaking to journalists in Accra, the Minister of Education, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh said the current standard-based curriculum does not include Comprehensive Sexuality Education.
