The  Acting  Inspector  General of  Police, James Oppong-Boanuh has interdicted two police officers seen in a viral video whipping a suspect in custody.

The two officers, General Sergeant Patrick Amoako and General Lance Corporal Isaac Marfo of the Railway Police station in Koforidua were seen in a video posted on social media taking turns in whipping the suspect,  accused of stealing one thousand six hundred  Ghana cedis from his boss.
