The series of peace conferences are being organised by an international peace NGO called Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light, (HWPL) under the United Nation’s ECOSOC in collaboration with various  organisations.

Ethiopia was hosen to host the conferences due to recent bomb attack caused by ethnic conflicts which resulted in  a number of casualties.
