The Ghanaian Times supports calls for the demonetisation of the electoral process. The paper thinks the situation has a wider repercussion for the country than what the Majority Leader is insinuating. The Times says the danger ahead is troubling because the country’s democracy will suffer if the practice continues. It calls on government to ensure individuals with money are not allowed to roll back the gains of the country.

The Daily Graphic is happy the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Job Centre has been created to deliver employment services to the youth. The paper calls on the youth to take advantage of the initiative and equip themselves in order not to be found wanting should opportunities be created. The Graphic supports the call by the Vice President, Dr. Mahammudu Bawumia for private sector partners to get involved by ensuring they upload their job vacancies onto the platform for easy access by the youth. This, the paper believes will go a long way in solving the unemployment challenges in the country.
