Ghanaian music sensation Mohammed Ismail Sharif Kwaku Frimpong, known in the entertainment industry as Black Sherif, has won the B.E.T. Best International Flow Award 2023.
He faced fierce competition from the likes of Burnaboy (Nigeria) and the late South African AKA. The award becomes the third biggest award the “Second Sermon” hitmaker has earmarked for 2023.
Black Sherrif becomes the third Ghanaian after Sarkodie and Stonebwoy to grab the B.E.T. awards, respectively. The award show took place in Atlanta, United States, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, but will be aired on screens on October 10, 2023.
The news of his win has generated lots of reactions from both music industry players and music lovers.
