The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have initiated legal action in the US after drones were allegedly used to take pictures of their son Archie.
A complaint filed in Los Angeles, California, yesterday claims an unnamed individual photographed the 14-month-old child at the couples’ home during the coronavirus lockdown.
The royal couple claim the pictures are an invasion of their privacy.The lawsuit highlights privacy laws in California.
Prince Harry and Meghan are now based in Los Angeles, having stepped back as senior royals at the end of March last year.
