Popular Youtuber and Social Media Content Creator, Kojo Sheldon fought back tears on “The Scoop”, a segment on the popular GTV Breakfast Show with host Kafui Dey.
Born Bernard Kojo Amoafo, Kojo Sheldon went into the interview knowing very well that the GTV Breakfast Show is notorious for appealing to the emotions of guests.
Samini, Wode Maya and Kafui Danku are some celebrities who got emotional and actually shed tears on live TV.
When put on the spot earlier by Co-Host, Thelma Tackie about the potential of shedding tears like others had before him, he bragged that he was fine.
That confidence came crushing down when the conversation turned to the subject of his 97-year-old grandmother and her contribution to his journey.
The YouTuber, who comes across as a “hard guy”, fought back tears.
“No I am not going to cry. I am done. Naaa, I am not crying, mehn. You are not getting me on this show, mehn. I’m not crying. I am good. I’m not crying”, he said as he covered his face and turned away from the cameras. He went on to praise his grandmother. “She is very important and everywhere I go, I will make sure I mention her name because without her I don’t know what I would become”.
