Lordina Mahama pens sweet message to husband on Val’s Day

Former First Lady of Ghana, Mrs. Lordina Mahama has penned a sweet message to her husband, former President John Dramani Mahama on Facebook as they celebrate Valentine’s Day today.

In a Facebook post, Mrs. Mahama wrote,

“My husband is one of my greatest blessings from God. His love is a gift that I open every day.

Happy Valentines Day my love John Dramani Mahama. #valentinesday2020.”

Lordina Mahama and John Dramani Mahama have been married since 1992.

On 24 July 2012, Mrs. Lordina’s husband became President of Ghana after the death of his predecessor, John Atta Mills and was sworn in Parliament in July 2012, automatically making her the First Lady of the Republic of Ghana.

In 2017, they renewed their wedding vows to mark their 25th wedding anniversary.

They share five children together, named Shafik, Shahid, Sharaf, Jesse and Farida.
